Massachusetts is one of the few states in the country where tenants actually have numerous laws that work to aid renters in achieving safe housing, however landlords continously take advantage of tenant ignorance in order to keep renters from exercising those rights and forcing them to do the jobs you pay them for each and every month. 
 
We made this Know Your Rights patch to help spread the word. Made of HTV on deadstock green canvas, it features a functional QR code that routes users to the Tenant Rights page at Mass.gov. Sew it on your favorite tote bag or jacket to help your friends, neighbors, or the person behind you at the cafe' stay informed.
